Lauren Hackett is an artist, craftsperson and Reiki Healer. She was introduced to Reiki at a young age when her mom, a nurse and MRI technologist, became a Reiki practitioner with a group of fellow nurses. Lauren attended monthly Reiki-Meditation circles and Wheel of the Year celebrations with her mother starting at the age of ten.
After completing her Reiki Mastership with Sarah Rayne, she created HaHA Healing Art, a multifaceted healing practice that centers play as a source of release and sacred creativity. In this practice Lauren offers :

Reiki is a gentle method of hands-on energy healing, originating in Japan, that has the ability to aid in healing on a mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical level. During this session, the practitioner will gently place hands on different areas of your body, channeling this energy to initiate deep healing, aid in balancing energy centers, and clearing out energetic blockages. Most folks leave a Reiki session feeling clearer, more relaxed, and grounded. Hands-off healing can be substituted if desired.
